Guide Cancellation or Misrepresentation

If a trip provider cancels or reschedules your reservation without advance notice, or in the event your trip details are grossly misrepresented, we're here to help. Contact Open Angler support by emailing support@openangler.com or please call us directly at (843) 940-7335. We will either help you book a new listing or simply provide a full refund for your reservation.

 

Once you receive a notification that you'll be receiving a refund, it might take a couple days for the money to process through the banking system and become available on your payment method. Refunds to credit cards typically take about 5-10 business days. Be sure to check with your payment provider to know when you should expect to see the refund reflected on your account.

 

Open Angler observes a 1-strike policy for its guides.  Should a guide receive 1 granted refund requests for misrepresentation or failure to show for a confirmed reservation, the guide will removed from the Open Angler network and will be prohibited from listing on the network for a period of one year.
