Messaging in Open Angler

Open Angler offers an easy and safe way to have direct communication between guides and customers.  Our messaging system will also serve as a tracking tool to which you can refer back at any time, giving you the abillity to confirm details and agreements.  In addition, our customer support will have proof of any decisions made between both parties, in case there’s ever a dispute.

How do I view and send messages?

Asking questions is a great way for both guides and customers to build a rapport and set expectations. When you have a confirmed booking, customers and guides alike can send a message to each other by clicking the "Send Message" on a trip's confirmation page. 

View both in- and outbound messages from your Dashboard by clicking on "Inbox" from the horizontal menu at the top of the screen.
