Managing Your Reservations

You can view and manage all of your trips/bookings by going to your Dashboard.  Click on the listing name to see all the details, including guide contact information, status and payment information for your confirmed booking.

 

Before your trip: You can cancel your reservation by clicking on the red ‘Cancel’ button located on your booking confirmation page. All trips are subject to the cancellation policy selected by the provider.

Day of trip: You can cancel your reservation by clicking on the red ‘Cancel’ button. To report an issue (for example, the guide didn’t show up ) please contact a member of our customer support by emailing support@openangler.com or by calling 843-940-REEL(7335).

After the trip: Price adjustments may be made by the guide for various reasons such as if trip was longer than planned, more people were included, or trip was shortened due to bad weather.  You will receive an email advising of the price change. The email will include an option for you to dispute the charges if it does not reflect the final agreement.
